  • A couple of ways!

    If you want the online experience, simply add items to your cart and checkout on our website just like any other online shopping experience.

    You'll pay in advance and get a copy of your reservation sent to your email.

    At pick-up just remember to bring your ID and a copy of your certificate of insurance.

    If you want some more personal service or to pay at pick up, submit a quote request via email or simply call and tell us what gear you want and how long you need it. We confirm that it’s booked and make an appointment with you to pick up.

    If you need something on short notice please call us.

  • We require all renters to carry insurance to cover the full replacement value of rented equipment.

    Light Source Cinema Rentals Inc must be named as and Additional Insured on your Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • We accept all major credit cards.

    No cash or checks please.

  • We're open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM

    Contact us about after-hours pick ups and drop offs. We'll try our best to make something work!

  • Pick up and return days are free.
    Each additional shoot day will be discounted by 25 percent off the first day.
    Weekends count as 1 shoot day.

    Renting for longer than a week? Contact us for a quote.

  • There's no dedicated parking or loading bay. Street parking is usually available during the day and there are loading zones on the block.

    We have rolling bins and dollies to help move equipment.

  • If you book online, you'll need to bring a copy of your ID and a copy of your insurance listing Light Source Cinema Rentals Inc. as an additional insured.

    If you requested a quoted, booked over email, or by phone, you'll need to bring both ID, and proof of insurance along with a credit card.
