What are your insurance requirements?

Renters must carry insurance covering full replacement value of equipment. Light Source Cinema Rentals Inc must be named as and Additional Insured on your Certificate of Insurance (COI). Insurance brokers like Athos Insurance, Insure My Equipment, and Film Emporium offer coverage options.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. No cash or checks please.

What are your hours and location?

Open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM at 1000 Dean Street, Suite 422, Brooklyn, New York. After-hours pickups and drop-offs available upon request.

Do you offer multi-day discounts?

Pick up and return days are free. Each additional shoot day will be discounted by 25% off the first day. Weekends count as one shoot day. Extended rentals beyond one week require a custom quote.

What is the parking situation?

The building has no dedicated loading dock or reserved parking.
